
Dean Hershman, Operations Manager
Dean has spent the last 25 years in sales, customer service, and operations management. He has worked closely with customers to align operational excellence and solutions to customer needs. As the Operations Manager, Dean will leverage our team, processes, and innovation to grow the business focusing on customer experience.
Dean is involved in many philanthropic endeavors through his church and community, Board Member for the Southeastern Swim Club, Board Member for Team Luke and a fundraiser for many Leukemia and Lymphoma Society campaigns.
Born and raised in Indiana, Dean, with his wife Amy and their four children, reside in Fishers. He loves spending time at home with his family, working outside on the lawn and garden, and supporting many clubs and events in our community that his children participate in!
