Hardscape Crew Leader
Aspen is looking for motivated, passionate individuals to help expand our hardscape division.
Duties will include but may not be limited to installing:
- Paver patios, firepits, outdoor kitchens, walls, and low-voltage lighting.
Hourly pay is determined by experience. Position is full-time with overtime, paid time off, paid holidays, paid health insurance, retirement plan, incentive-based bonuses, and more!
Requirements for the hardscape crew leader include:
- Experience working on a hardscape crew
- Can read a scaled landscape plan
- Experience operating large equipment
- A valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Hardscape Crew Member

Landscape Designer
This position will assist current Landscape Architects, designers, and salespeople in the creation and implementation of Aspen’s design process. This position will involve a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
- Accurate measuring of properties (measurements, photographs, and identification of plant material).
- Creation of base plans, presentation drawings, and sales information.
- Designing, estimating, and presenting your design to clients alongside a member of the design department.
Required Experience/Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
- SketchUp software experience preferred, but not required.
- Uvision 3D software experience preferred, but not required.
- Construction knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of grading and drainage.
- Candidate should be self-motivated, creative, and able to work with a team.
Qualifications
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or comparable field.
Landscape Crew Member
Duties will include but may not be limited to installing:
- Softscaping: trees, shrubs, perennials, etc.
- Hardscaping: natural stone
- Electrical: low-voltage lighting
Hourly pay is determined by experience. Position is seasonal with overtime, paid time off, paid holidays, and more!
If you have experience working on a landscape crew, that’s great, but experience is not necessary. The right candidate has a passion for building projects with the highest level of quality, strong communication skills, and an eye for detail.
Carpentry Crew Member

- Constructing custom decks, pergolas, privacy screens, screened porches, and roofed structures
Hourly pay is determined by experience. Position is seasonal with potential for full-time, includes overtime, paid time off, paid holidays, and more!
If you have experience working in carpentry, that’s great, but experience is not necessary. The right candidate will have a passion for building projects with the highest level of quality, strong communication skills, and an eye for detail.
